I found something like Tauri or Wails, but Python: Pyloid - https://github.com/pyloid/pyloid

Going to mess around with that a bit, if it's easy to bundle executables I'll be very happy.

Also found Eel (https://github.com/python-eel/Eel which seems abandoned) and pywebview (https://github.com/r0x0r/pywebview).
