You never have to complete anything in one sitting. If you feel overwhelmed by something as simple as sweeping the floor, then feel free to sweep a section of the floor and try again tomorrow. You can wipe down your sink, and clean the bathtub when you feel up to it. Nothing needs to be completed in one try. If you only feel the strength to do 15 minutes of cleaning, then you can just maximize your 15 minutes through planning.

You might not think having a clean space can help with mental health, but I assure you, many small things can subconsciously effect your mood. And remember, to always try your best. It doesn't matter how much that best is, but best becomes better over time as we learn how to deal with what our "best" is.

Please be mindful of the heat if it is hot in your area. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and rest if you feel fatigued from the heat. Tell a big if you feel dizziness, a throbbing headache, or if you experience nausea and vomiting. Those are key signs of heat exhaustion.
