It’s been a busy week (interviewing mostly), didn’t sketch at all. Managed to finish this commission we started live last Friday. Hope I didn’t overdo it 😁

My first live sketching session as a commission! We postponed it for a few Fridays because of the weather but this morning looked doable. It was really cold and windy after an hour on the beach 🥶 At one point watercolour refused to cooperate and I moved into a coffee shop to get warm and add a few marks while the memory is fresh. Will take a look again tomorrow 👀

This is a local Weatherspoon where I started sketching daily from live back in 2023. I was hesitant to get the sketchbook on the table but it was always quiet in the morning and I slowly grew in confidence. Nice to be back
