Hmm now that I have been all clever and compiled my php version, how do I tell my os that 8.2 is what I want to use ?

I tried `update-alternatives` . That didn't do the trick

I always keep an eye on the PHP internals mailing list and today I saw an email about moving Internals to GitHub… My very first thought was “Yeah lets see what the old-hats say about this one…” My fav. response was @derickr #php #phpinternals

Hey.

PHP project is always looking for contributors. I occasionally contribute to the docs and have a pretty good idea of how to set up an environment (on Windows or Linux, I have written a couple guides), and I love helping others learn how to contribute to PHP docs. We need more volunteers!

If you've ever noticed something incorrect or a typo, etc. in the PHP manual but didn't know how to change it, feel free to ask me!
