For the third time since 2010, a review of the #CardiacSurgery division at the #QueenElizabethIIHealthSciencesCentre in #Halifax acknowledges that some people are not being held accountable for their behaviour at work.
The #review happened as #complaints about #harassment , #racism , #intimidation & other forms of #abuse by some #cardiac #surgeons directed at other members of the division, including #nurses , #perfusionists , #SupportStaff & #medical #learners emerged.
