Playing with #Flux in #ComfyUI trying to generate a sugar glider mage character. I gave up trying to have it generate a proper sugar glider with a #patagium (that membrane of skin that lets them glide) because #AI image generation models don't seem to understand what that is (LOL) so instead I'm trying to cover up the places where a patagium might be visible with a cape or poncho (or cucullus!).

This is for a story I'm considering writing (never written a book before so we'll see how that goes) about someone who gets reincarnated as a magical sugar glider-like creature on a world at the edge of the universe.

To demonstrate my problem (and for laughs) try this prompt with any AI image generator/model/checkpoint: `flying squirrel gliding between trees` 🤣
A key gene helps explain how the ability to glide has emerged over-and-over during marsupial evolution

People say "When pigs fly" to describe the impossible. But even if most mammals are landlubbers, the ability to glide or fly has evolved again and again during mammalian evolution, in species ranging from bats to flying squirrels. How did that come about?
