Looks like the satellite comms stuff that made it into some mobile phones will get a good load test today. As well as most emergency comms services on the Iberian peninsula. Not sure I really want to know what caused this power outage. Big oof. #OpsHugs to the engineers who need to fix this with severely limited means of communication.
