Vandaag is de Wet implementatie open data richtlijn (Stb. 2024, 164) in werking getreden. Hiermee is de Wet hergebruik van overheidsinformatie enorm uitgebreid.

Vanochtend met ruim 40 mensen van overheidsdatahouders en MinBZK een kennissessie rond de high value open data verplichtingen die voor juni 2024 moeten zijn vervuld. In 2020 schreef ik een deel van de analyse die tot deze wet heeft geleid (het stuk over aardobservatie-, milieu,- en weerdata). Vanochtend kijken we met overheidsorganisaties wat er moet gebeuren. Hiermee start een interne impactanalyse, om vervolgens te beslissen hoe we het gaan organiseren. #EUHVDL #opendatadirective #opendata

Eindelijk! De uitvoeringsverordening bij de #opendatadirective mbt #EU High Value Data #HVDL is aanvaard! De eerste pan-EU #opendata verplichting. Publicatie half januari, implementatietijd v 16 maanden. Sinds de zomer werken we al met MinBZK en Geonovum samen met de betrokken datahouders aan de implementatie. Een uitvoeringstoets start in februari.
