The symposium brings together artists, thinkers, and collaborators to explore the themes and outcomes of the ON MOBILISATION project, offering a space for reflection, discussion, and exchange. Symposium is FREE. Participatory performances, workshops, shared meals need to be RSVP via this form, due to the limited number of places. If you have some additional question, send an email to [email protected]. To make this day enjoyable, we provide: > Free babysitting for kids from 2 to 6 years old. Use this form to book a place for your kid. > Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar opens at 16:00. It’s based on a pay-what-you-can principle (please bring cash). Coffee, tea and water are free and available all day. Use this form to book meals. > There is a quiet prayer room with a praying mat, available for prayer all day. > We've prepared a calm space, where you can find rest and peace during the full-day event. It is suitable for breastfeeding, if you or your baby prefer a calm space. > The programme is in English, however we hope that together we can find a way to offer personal (whispering :) translation when needed. We would be delighted to have you join us to mark this important occasion. Het symposium brengt kunstenaars, denkers en partners samen om de thema’s en resultaten van het ON MOBILISATION project te ontdekken door ruimte te creëren voor reflectie, discussie en uitwisseling. Symposium is GRATIS. Deelname aan performances, workshops, gezamenlijke maaltijden worden geacht te RSVP via dit formulier vanwege het beperkte aantal plaatsen. Mocht u verdere vragen hebben kunt u een e-mail naar [email protected] sturen. Om deze dag zo fijn mogelijk te maken, bieden wij aan: > Gratis babysitting voor kinderen van 2-6 jaar oud. Gebruik dit formulier om een plaats te boeken voor je kind. > Ontbijt, lunch en avondeten. Bar opent om 16u. Dit is gebaseerd op een pay-what-you-can principe (breng aub. Cash mee). Koffie, thee en water zijn gratis en de hele dag beschikbaar. Gebruik dit formulier om uw maaltijd te boeken. > Er is een stille gebedsruimte met gebed mat, hele dag beschikbaar voor gebed. > We hebben een rustige prikkelarme ruimte voorbereid, waar u rust en kalmte kunt vinden tijdens de drukke dag. Deze ruimte is ook beschikbaar voor borstvoeding, mocht uw baby een rustige ruimte nodig hebben. > Het programma zal in het Engels zijn, maar samen kunnen we persoonlijk (al fluisterend) vertaling aanbieden waar nodig. We verheugen ons erop dat u dit feestelijk moment met ons komt vieren.
