@anildash I worked at an org that employed an #ombudsperson whose role is expressly to counteract HR's implicit incentive to favor management over workers. It was very helpful when I had a conflict with my manager and didn't know if I could trust HR to support me. The #ombuds mediated the situation while protecting my anonymity in a way I don't think I could have navigated myself.
