Since the last time I got sent to a lake-front property to meet a client I ended up sitting on the side of a private drive with my hazards on, trying to find out if I was in the right place, this time I said, "I don't come from 'lake house people'," and got real directions.

Definitely not shady, sitting in a private drive waiting for someone this time.
