Tax cuts either cost future spending congress cant/wont be able to do since those taxes arent there, or future inflation b/ congress decideds it must spend &prints the money to replace taxes that arent there or increased interest payments on debt from borrowing money congress wants to spend but wasnt there cause it was in the accounts of rich pricks instead
