No one should keep reliving shit like this. I have belittled these traumas bc no one has ever really beaten me up, sexually abused me and my parents weren’t substance abusers or abusive themselves. They just neglected my needs as is a very common trait for my generation. It has taught me to not take up space, not complain, not be of inconvenience to anyone. This fucking needs to stop now! No more!
