Whole lotta dickin' going on. Usually it's much faster. The fed was lickety.
NCDOR sitting on those state tax refunds for a long time.

With simple savings paying between .5 and 1%, on a few hundred that's nothing. That money would have disappeared into the whirlwind anyway.
I'm trying to avoid a bad surprise I had a couple of years ago.
