I've subscribed this podcast since the beginning of the time I registered this account, but I finally started to listen to it.

it's good to hear from different guests talking about their struggles and how they live through them. Lewis Howes also had family member who went to prison, and went through personal breakdowns. I felt inspired and a little bit, being comforted.
