Secondo quanto riferito dalla polizia locale all'emittente Kompas Tv, il bilancio provvisorio è di tre vittime accertate, ma si teme che il numero possa salire nelle prossime ore.

Le squadre di emergenza sono attualmente impegnate nelle operazioni di ricerca per rintracciare circa venti persone risultano ancora disperse. Tra i soggetti coinvolti, è stata confermata la presenza di nove cittadini di Singapore. Iwan Ramdani, funzionario dei soccorsi, ha dichiarato che le squadre sono già in viaggio verso le zone più colpite per tentare i recuperi, precisando tuttavia che non è ancora stato confermato il numero esatto di eventuali feriti.

According to reports from the local police to Kompas Tv broadcaster, the provisional death toll is three confirmed victims, but the number is feared to rise in the next few hours.
Rescue efforts underway to rescue hikers
Emergency teams are currently engaged in search and rescue operations to locate about twenty people who are still missing. Among those involved, the presence of nine citizens of Singapore has been confirmed. Iwan Ramdani, a rescue official, stated that teams are already en route to the most affected areas to attempt recoveries, specifying however that the exact number of any injured has not yet been confirmed.
