steve mookie kongI continue my journey to improve my Safety Rank in Le Mans Ultimate, but because I have been racing on Monza so much lately, I am definitely getting more confident and faster on the track without worrying about going off track.
I qualified P15 and finished the race P5 (my third Top 5 result in 15 races) after starting from the pit lane to avoid any Turn One Carnage.
My Safety Rank increased from Bronze 1 to Bronze 2 after this race. Yay!
I was having a super clean race until some person, who was a lap behind, decided to get super aggressive in Turn 10 on the penultimate lap.
They side swiped me pretty hard, but I was able to keep my car on the road. They got a big can of whoop ass from Karma though. They spun out like a top and it looks like didn't recover well.

I'm so happy I am increasing my Safety Rank -- and tonight I also increased my Driver Rank because I did so well in the race. I may not be the fastest driver, but I keep it safe and avoid incidents that could take me out of a race.
