STOP ARKANSAS BOOK BAN

The AR DOC is attempting to implement the most restrictive ban on physical publications in any state prison under the lie of safety. (see https://www.prisoncensorship.info/article/arkansas-attempts-ban-on-all-publications/)

Contact the Director and the Board of Corrections to express the importance of newspapers, magazines and books in prisons; that group punishment for a few incidents is a violation of the UN minimum standard for the treatment of prisoners; and that no staff have been harmed by substances on mail.
