Finally. 6 months after I got an overuse injury in my foot, during den grønne halvmaraton in Lyngby, I feel like I’m over it. I also got an orthopedists word that 6 month is not surprising in the joints in a toe for it to heal after an inflammation. My plan for my next race, in April ‘24, is strength training of my toes and more short fast running. #mastrundk
