I am going to try and work on this map each day until it is complete. Most of Beleriand is complete. Virtually all that remains are the place names…and scrolling flairs at the top and bottom…and the compass rose. At least the words ‘West Beleriand’ are now finished. After a very busy summer and many months of procrastination, I finally returned to painting the map of Middle Earth on the library ceiling. I can only work 10-15 minutes before my neck gets too sore, so the painting pens come in brief spurts.
