In una sala gremita ben oltre la capienza nella libreria ‘Feltrinelli’ a Roma, il professor Alessandro Orsini commenta, per la prima volta, l’annuncio di querela che gli giunge dal ministro della Difesa del governo Meloni, Guido Crosetto. Orsini poi commenta le ultime dichiarazioni del presidente del Consiglio italiano che non condivide e non condanna l’attacco all’Iran da parte di Stati Uniti ed Israele. “Tipico comportamento del presidente di uno Stato satellite della Casa Bianca. Giorgia Meloni sta a Trump come Lukashenko sta a Putin, Giorgia Meloni ha paura di dire qualcosa che la Casa Bianca non gradisce e sa benissimo Meloni di poter essere distrutta dalla casa Bianca”. Per Orsini l’obiettivo della guerra è chiaro. “Stati Uniti ed Israele vogliono sbarazzarsi del governo di Teheran perché l’Iran finanzia la resistenza palestinese e per rubare la loro terra, Israele ha bisogno di fare fuori il regime di Teheran. In questo momento – continua Orsini – Gaza è stata distrutta ed è diventata una proprietà di Donald Trump ma c’è ancora una resistenza palestinese, quindi il bombardamento dell’Iran è un mezzo per raggiungere un fine”. Ma il segretario di Stato americano Rubio ha dichiarato che gli Stati Uniti non mirano al cambio di regime ma ad un’altra leadership per gestire il Paese. “Questo non mi sorprende e gli Stati Uniti hanno già incassato la prima sconfitta in Iran perché Trump era partito per il cambio di regime e poi si è reso conto che non è possibile”
