I started working out again recently. Getting back into it with defined goals and a regimen this time. Also using a macro tracking app to make sure I’m eating right for my goals.
I got out of the Army 14 years ago, and have struggled to keep active and on a routine. I found out last year my biggest hurdle was I had #LowT since 2009 when I took #TBI. Well, I’ve been on #TRT for 7 months now, and am feeling motivated and I believe I can stick with it this time. I wanna be a muscly otter. Lol
