The UK's Met Police have just given a big thumbs up to hate speech.
They're dropping charges against former comic Graham Linehan who said, amongst other things, "If a trans-identified male is in a female-only space, he is committing a violent, abusive act. Make a scene, call the cops and if all else fails, punch him in the balls."
Not satisfied with giving this foul person a free pass, the Met Police says it will no longer investigate non-crime hate incidents to allow officers to "focus on matters that meet the threshold for criminal investigations".
Oddly, there's no mention of charges being dropped for the thousands of old people charged as terrorists for holding little paper signs opposing the Israeli genocide.
The Met's latest move will surely open the floodgates to a rash of online hate speech targeting minorities.
