I know there has been the ability to switch from a #LightTheme to a #DarkTheme depending on the time (say day time and night time) and so I’m going to give that a try and see whether I like it. Interestingly, the theme changes half an hour after the local #Sunset and half an hour before the local #Sunrise, which corresponds to the definition of civilian day time and civilian night time.

Short version: I want light/dark themes that are backwards compatible. With Dart Sass, we create two maps, one for light and one for dark colors. Then, we use them in a `mixin` for all our color information. Finally, we include it twice: once as the default and once behind the media query.

The light theme seems more popular than I expected. I use the light theme too but, when cataract came knocking last year, I learned the hard way the importance of the dark theme.
