So, I tried Lance Hedrick's new Hario Switch recipe and it's... really nice actually.

I mean the water to coffee ratio is absolutely standard. 1:16-17 ratio, 50g bloom. Nothing fancy about it.
But the brewing method is interesting and trying this, I got a really nice cup. Quite clean, but still full of flavor.
