Make Your Own Fuyumi Todoroki from My Hero Academia Costume

Fuyumi (voiced in Japanese by Kei Shindō and in English by Kate Oxley) is a secondary character in the anime/manga series My Hero Academia. She is the second oldest of the Todoroki siblings, and the only daughter. Despite having a quirk like her brothers (hers being ice only), she didn't go towar
