The approach to New Delhi Railways Station Paharganj side is an unholy mess. Fairly sure the 24 x 7 traffic jam is some well thought out strategy to frustrate passengers by making them walk annoyingly large distances over broken & obstructed paths. It is a capital horror.
The access to the platform via the default over bridge is constricted by a lift.
