Random thought: it's ridiculous that the UK gov-funded Isaac Computer Science website, with teaching materials under the Free OGL (Open Government License), loginwalls everything. Any idea why?

I'm somewhat tempted to legally make an open mirror of it... (I have an old account for sharing activity answers between classes and teachers.)
