It is a little bit dry at times, but it is incredibly fascinating. I’ve worked in software infrastructure most of my life, recently I’ve picked up a “bespoke hardware program” (specialty servers) which is quite different, but some of the challenges are strangely similar. The lessons learned here by PG&E, or maybe just their customers… are incredibly applicable.
