It’s starting to hit me that there are grown people walking around that will never know what it was to have to LITERALLY drop from one BBS connection and ESTABLISH a COMPLETELY different BBS connection to “traverse” the interwebs in the before times. Nor did they ever have to hear their parents explain why the long distance phone charges meant we were going to be homeless and it was all my fault.
