Do #instance management tools, if any, allow for a person to connect over #Tor #privacy network rather than over an #exitNode (aka #clearNet)?

Are there any exclusively #Tor instances? For #admins who can't (or won't) purchase #domainNames.

Do #instanceManagementTools easily allow an #admin to approve #imagePosting or #imageUploading on an individual account basis?

Do these questions imply we don't understand #Fediverse in any way - if so, how?
