Japanese Minimalist-Noise Rock Duo HYPER GAL Announces 2026 European Tour
SKiN GRAFT Recording artists HYPER GAL are set to bring their “minimalist-noise rock” back to Europe in Spring 2026. The Japanese duo, consisting of a vocalist and a drummer who builds live loops, will perform at major festivals including Out of the Crowd and Colossal Weekend. Known for a sound that defies definition—blending no-wave, punk, and post-shoegaze—the band is touring in support of their acclaimed records Pure and After Image. With a new album currently in production, HYPER GAL promises an endlessly inventive and hypnotic live experience that MaximumRocknRoll calls “remarkable and new.”
