I also remember in that one, ml had this big thing about sparing fl’s and his mum’s feelings, and meanwhile they had long since sorted it out between them and were having a huge laugh at him squirming and trying to think of a lady-compatible way of telling them what they already knew. Honestly that show #huoyanlan was super cheesy but maybe should be given more credit compared to others 🤷🏻‍♀️
