Let me be clear: human rights are not directly what's at stake, here: your humanity, compared to monied interests, is what your government cares about, more than they care about you.
Fake human rights are being adjuticated. Just like Citizens United made the greedy, power-hungry corporations, EQUAL to YOU, as an American citizen, and cheapened what it means to be a human being.
Federally, now, any company that can claim "ownership" of an A.I. product, has federal immunity, for their product, and from the harm it will cause.
And none of the 50 United States will have standing, to protect their citizens, against the ostensible future harm A.I. might cause.
A.I. is the end-run, of the rights of all human beings, in America.
The SCOTUS is so fucking corrupt, that this is a done deal. We're fucked.
Because it makes lots of money, for the oligarchs. It's proxy slavery. Ownership of thought, and time, and privacy, and you, as a human being.
Your state, no matter how much they understand, and might fight to try and protect you from this madness, will be hobbled, and will not be given jurisprudence. That shit is dead.
