I own a Humans coffee table book with images of Brandon Stantonโs travels around the world.
This is next-level chutzpah by the lady from Bombay.

Today: #DianeArbus 1956-1971 retrospective at the #MFAM (#Montreal). Hard to choose a picture from a prolific artist whose aim was to do "a kind of contemporary anthropology". The comparison is unfair to both, but it made me think of a grungy, artsy #HONY.
Arbus' framing technique was *flawless* (if I may say so), but her empathy with the people she photographed was extraordinary: in this exhibit, the outcasts. This is probably a picture everyone recognizes (it inspired Kubrick's #TheShining).
