The severe case was detected in #Mexico in Sept. '25. The patient recovered and discharged after developing #hemoptysis and diffuse alveolar #hemorrhage. The H5N2 virus is a reassortant of H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b and LPAI H5N2 from Mexico.
