Sitä osaavan on raskasta ja turhauttavaa kuunnella muille (hallitukselle) vastuuta sysäävää länkytystä, kun sanojan viiteryhmä voisi helposti korjata ongelman itse, jos olisivat tehneet kotiläksynsä kunnolla ja oman navan tuijottamisen sijaan katsoisivat tulevaisuuteen. #hansei #kaizen
