At least Tegan Passalacqua's idea of dinner, last night at Guantonio's in Lodi, when entertaining two sommeliers visiting from New York, Beaupierre's Yannick Benjamin (far right) and The Modern's Abe Zarate (second from right). Tegan showed off 17 bottlings of Sandlands Lodi wines, 3 Turley's and a Lorenza Cinsaut.
