My yoga practice is like a tornado😁. It comes and goes. One moment intensely, the next hardly anything. Sometimes it leaves deep "consequences", and other times there is nothing much of it.
But that's how it is. But it's great that it's not easy to uproot a tree, even if it doesn't have the deepest roots 😉😊.
