Today, I'm hoping to watch #Starcrash (from 1978) for the first time ever.
Have you seen it?
Looks like lots of spandex, a few stop motion robots, questionable dubbing, space bikinis, a lot of pew-pewing, and an incredibly young-Looking David Hasselhoff.
I'll make sure to bring something along to help me suspend my disbelief.

Just watched "New York Ninja", filmed in 1984, released in 2021.
I don't even know what to say. It's incredible. What a labor of love to bad 80s Ninja movies. The dubbing, the soundtrack, what looks like an evil Elijah Wood with a rat tail (hairdo), the bizarre plot... I'm gobsmacked.
How did they piece this together from raw footage with no sound, no script, no soundtrack, and no nothing? I want to know EVERYTHING!
Also, rollerblading ninja and so much more! Wow.

I recently watched the 1995 movie #Hackers with 2 friends. One had never seen it. The other one had.

I forgot what a truly optimistic and colorful movie it was! It was like a breath of fresh air, in spite of (or maybe partially because) of how cheesy it is.

Thoughts and quotes follow below, though I'm afraid they won't make much sense to anyone who hasn't seen it.
