The Pico has no DAC. So you can't play audio - or can you?
Here's a test of how GlyphBlaster will play audio. It's pretty much identical to the way PWM audio is played on the PC - bit-banging the speaker on and off rapidly.
This is the music from Area 5150's credits scene, by cTrix.
Looks like Neko mode is going to be the killer feature for GlyphBlaster, so I'm interested in making it as cute as possible. Here's some new features.
No big deal but I think the GlyphBlaster just got sound support
I've had several people inquire about how they might get a GlyphBlaster. Which is amazing but I literally just thought of the thing on a lark like four days ago, it's a little early to consider making a commercial product.
I think it's a bit niche for a kickstarter.
I think the best thing to do would be to make it available as something you could order preassembled from JLCPCB. Open to any other ideas.
Here's another GlyphBlaster idea
Wrote up a little blog post on the GlyphBlaster. Nothing you haven't seen if you've been following me, but just putting it out there.
