شلوغ
All these consonants are found in Arabic, but the vowel /o/ isn't.
The "ش" /ʃ/ and "غ" /ɣ/ reminded me of the same sounds in Turkish, written "š" and "ğ", so that was my first guess. Right continent, but totally different family. Turns out Persian (Farsi) uses the same Latin transliteration as Turkish.
