Went to the park and just laid in the sun listening to old demos and tunes from the past earlier today. I haven't done anything like that in months. But it felt great and pushed me to make my last post about sending my new song out early.

Does anyone else here struggle with getting out during those weeks when work is busy? Would love to hear how you guys keep a balance of making sure to go outside when you work indoors most of the time!
