🔸 I meticulously mentally keep track of what I've touched since my last handwashing.
🔸Touching my shoelaces - That's a handwashing
🔸 Returning from public - Handwash!
🔸 I get disregulated if a restroom doesn't offer the opportunity to wash my hands before putting my clothes back in place. I don't want those germs on my clothes!

If anyone wonders what #germophobia is like, one major component is how much anxiety I have about not knowing what happens in this bathroom. I have no evidence my roommates DON'T pile their used TP on the counter till they've finished. How could I be sure nobody uses my towel to dry in their ass crack?
