Time for #GeekTree. More #StarWars. And more Mandolorian.

This is the way.

Next up for the #GeekTree are the pulsing star lights, then more ornaments.

Oh so many ornments.

Meanwhile, on the TV I’ve got Return of the Jedi going.

#GeekTree progress. The Storyteller ornaments are up, as are the color LED lights and the old school white light strand (the later of which powers the old school #StarWars ornaments).

#EmpireStrikesBack is done. The #GeekTree isn't.

This is my first year setting up the #StarWars -themed geek tree with *all* of the storyteller ornaments, and it's a bit challenging. Not from a networking perspective - you just plug in the ornaments and they work - but from a "how does this look on the tree?" perspective.

It's possible I'm taking this a bit too seriously, but ... it's a rainy/snowy afternoon, so WHY NOT spend it mucking about with ornament placement?

"They told me they fixed it! I *trusted* them to *fix* it! It's not my fault!" - Lando #GeekTree #StarWars

"Calrissian. Take the princess and the Wookie to my ship." - Darth Vader

"You said they'd be left at the city under my supervision!" - Lando

"I am altering the deal. Pray I don't alter it any further." - Darth Vader

The Star Wars #GeekTree has diverse power m needs.

It starts with old school (1990s) ornaments which require pre-LED light strands.

Then we’ve got the Hallmark Keepsake power cord-enabled ornaments.

"Mind what you have learned. Save you it can!" - Yoda

Time to put up the Geek Tree. This year's theme is Star Wars, so I'm firing up The Empire Strikes Back / Return of the Jedi. #GeekTree #StarWars
