Thank you for being interested in submitting your Indie Game for this year's edition of Games Ground! Please fill out the form with all the relevant information so we can make your experience as smooth as possible. DATES Games Ground 2024 Dates: 14.11.-16.11.2024 (build up possible starting on 13.11.24 at 6pm) Submission Deadline: 15th September 2024 Announcement of winners: 1st of October 2024 Deadline confirmation of participation: 7th of October 2024 The booths for this application will be free of charge, in case you will be chosen by our jury. BOOTH INCLUDES: Studio receives 1x table and 2x chairs each Power and WLAN is included One 120*60cm company logo and game logo/ keyart print on the booth + one 60*60cm print with a written game/ project description (please see example picture below) Get 2x free tickets giving you access to the entire event NOT INCLUDED: Gaming Tech / PC (this may change in the coming months, we will keep you up to date) Our jury will go through all submissions and will be able to give you an answer by 1st of October . Please check your mails incl. spam filter this day. Winners will need to confirm the participation until 7th of October 2024 latest, otherwise their spot will be given to the waiting list. We would like to point out that the stand should be manned by the exhibitors for the entire duration of the event. For short breaks or similar we will be able to help out with volunteers on site.
