Our First Look for the Fellow Opus Multipurpose grinder -- our first ever review of a Fellow Product (long story) -- drops later this morning, on Wednesday.

Though it is the first of our "shorter" First Looks, it still has over 60 photos uploaded for the article, and about 3,200 words written.

The Fellow Opus can do pretty good espresso, albeit with a really tight adjustment area (basically only one full click, with a few of the micro adjustments available inside the grinder)

#近期踩坑 家里一直用最便宜的惠家磨豆机，五年前399买的，对于家用来说做做咖啡其实挺够了。从去年开始总想换个磨豆机来着，一方面是老机器刀盘磨损，另一方面也想看看提升至四位数的档位到底有啥区别，原本打算入手探迹者edge，但是耐不住 #fellowopus 的颜值吸引。开箱后尝试研磨了五杯，我沉默了。

- 静电吸附严重。倒不是说接粉杯部分，而是豆仓。几杯研磨完，到处是飞粉，后面打开盖子都困难，残粉粘附，摩擦力很大。
- 藏粉严重。磨完几杯拆开看了下，大概还能做一个shot  
- 非常难打理。飞粉导致粉都吸附在外壳上，没有气吹很难弄干净
- 研磨度。很奇怪，虽然我家咖啡机很一般，但是研磨度一般按照官方建议的话（有两个手磨，泰磨和1z），出品都很正常（主要参考了压力值8到10bar）。这款磨豆机我调了好几次都压力爆表，生怕炸机。

大概是研磨度多次未满意导致心态失衡，放大了其他缺点，遂决定退货。退回包装的过程中清理了半小时才不多弄干净。 

Been finally putting the #FellowOpus through some paces.

I mean, at $200, it's a really good grinder. But it's not perfect, and some of Fellow's "issues" they seem to have on all their electric products are evident here. It's all about plans / design vs. the actual execution.
