Telo confirms 400 kW sustained charging for its tiny electric truck
Everyone loves a big number on a charger until their own car politely refuses to use it. A 400 kW charger may look impressive but most cars treat it like an optional suggestion. ⚡🚗🇱🇺

An interesting initiative by a former colleague of mine: form a collective with purchasing power to negotiate better terms with charge point operators.

So, I decided to swing by the Rivian Adventure Network at Clackamas Town Center yesterday. When I got there, the charger at the very front was open (a Toyota Busy Forks just pulled out) and pulled into the spot.
Between how the chargers are positioned (towards the driver side when pulling nose in), how the cables came out of the charger (fixed to the top left corner), and that they put a post with "Vehicle Charging Only" at the end of the parking spot, I had a strong gut feeling that the cable would not reach the NACS charging port on the front passenger side of my Trailseeker. I even pulled up to within 2 inches of the post, no dice.
There was a pull-through spot open for those with a trailer, but I didn't want to take up that spot in case someone else needed it.
I don't know if the chargers with the NACS connector would have reached either.
I'll have to swing by the Rivian Adventure Network chargers down at Bridgeport Village to see if those are any better.
