How did gov #Emergency Management departments not have a backup plan in case Twitter tanked for any reason?? How were the agencies we rely on in an emergency and who educate us to be prepared, NOT prepared themselves???

Not only are they not coming to help us (#EmergencyPrep101) but we won't even hear anything from them. As far as Emergency #Disaster systems go, we are in the void. And it really makes me uneasy.
