@rakvat I just had a very brief look, not the time for the moment, but it looks great.

I just wanted to point you out to some sources that might be usefull to you:

a book that lists many communities in europe and kathegories them after their political interests.
May there is a libary or something where you can borrow it. https://eurotopiaversand.de/Buch-Print/eurotopia-Verzeichnis.html

then there is also the plattform #ecobasa that focus on creating a gift economy network. I'm not aware of them having developed much of a resistance culture. But still nice to check out:
https://ecobasa.org/en/

There's also the foundation "Freiraum" that owns property for the reason to make it available as a freespace. There're spaces that can be used to build up communities.
take a look at:

@neil
I've been tryn to get people behind #trustroots, #hitchwiki, #ecobasa, #foodsharing, #yunity into federated development.
...but for what ever reason they work to much project orientated.
But it could be also that I just suck at pitching ideas xD.
(they've got a big userbase, that are actually very inline with values from the fediverse)

@neil
then there is one plattform that is also opensource, but with mainly having a focus on comunities in europe incl. to facilitate trips between them.

theme is: gift economy
plattform dev.: Arne Bollinger

It's called #ecobasa
